EULA – End User License Agreement
The sounds provided by SampleTraxx are licensed, not sold, to the user “as is”.
SampleTraxx retains all title to and ownership of sound recordings. Buying this sound pack you get a lifetime, non-transferable, non- exclusive, worldwide license for synchronization rights, including the royalty-free use of all sounds in compositions such as songs, albums, records, remixes, commercials, jingles, post productions, commissioned pieces, trailers and soundtracks for film, theatre, musicals, production music libraries, TV and live performances.
By purchasing audio samples from SampleTraxx or any authorised company which sells SampleTraxx products you expressly agree and accept this license agreement.
You are legally prohibited to distribute, lend, rent or sell your copy in whole or in part or upload on any web-based storages.
The sounds may be used without paying any additional license, however they may not be used to make content for a sample library or another kind of sample-based product (e.g. sound design collections, toolkits, etc.).
This license forbids any re-distribution method of this product, or its sounds, through any means, including but not limited to, re- selling, trading, sharing, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating, or embedding into software or hardware of any kind, for the purpose of re-recording or reproduction as part of any free or commercial library and/or collection of musical and/or sound effect samples and/or articulations, or any form of musical sample or sound effect sample playback system or device.
SampleTraxx will not be held responsible if the audio files do not fit your particular purpose. SampleTraxx audio files are licensed ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind.
